1.Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your bag, you may return it within 14days of receiving it. Please ensure the bag is unused and in its orginal condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping cost are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy : Contact us within 14 days of delivery for exchanges. items must  be unused and in original condition . Return shipping is at the buyers expense . Custom orders cant be exchanged.
