2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping cost are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy : Contact us within 14 days of delivery for exchanges. items must be unused and in original condition . Return shipping is at the buyers expense . Custom orders cant be exchanged.
